How often do shipping rates change?
Sea and air freight rates change monthly, sometimes more often during peak season. We publish updated rates each month — contact us for the latest pricing on your route.
What's the difference between LCL and FCL?
LCL (Less than Container Load) means your goods share a container with other shippers — ideal for smaller shipments where you only pay for the volume you use. FCL (Full Container Load) gives you an entire 20', 40', or 40' HQ container — better value once your shipment exceeds roughly 15 CBM.
What documents do I need to ship from Thailand?
Typically a Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Bill of Lading. Depending on the destination country and product, you may also need a Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, or other permits. We'll guide you through what's required for your specific shipment.
How long does sea freight from Bangkok take?
Transit times vary by destination. As a rough guide: Southeast Asia 3–7 days, Australia 14–18 days, Europe 28–35 days, US West Coast 18–22 days. These exclude pickup, customs clearance, and delivery time at both ends.
Can you help me find a supplier in Thailand?

Do you offer door-to-door delivery?
Yes — we can arrange pickup from a Thai supplier or warehouse, ocean or air freight, customs clearance at the destination, and final delivery to your address. Just let us know the pickup and delivery points when you request a quote.
